Return & Refund Policy
At vCue Store, we value the trust of our buyers and sellers. We always try to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all business transactions. The Return and Refund may be processed based on the following guidelines.
Eligibility for Return
Products are eligible for return only if:
- The product is received damaged or defective
- The product is different from what was ordered
- The product is missing parts or accessories as described in the listing
- The product must be returned in its original packaging with all labels and manuals. - Certain categories (customized, bulk clearance stock, cosmetics, etc.) may not be eligible for return.
Return Request Process
Buyers must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery through their vCue Store account. The steps are as follows:
- Our support team will review the return request, along with photographs of the issue.
- Once verified, the return will be approved, and instructions for pickup will be provided.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected by the seller. - The refund amount will be credited to the buyer’s original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval. - In case of partial orders (some items returned, others accepted), refunds will be processed only for the returned items. - Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to a seller error (wrong or defective item).
Replacement Policy
- Buyers can opt for a replacement instead of a refund, subject to the availability of stock. - Replacements will be shipped once the returned product is received and verified.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Clearance sale or “non-returnable” marked products
- Digital products and software licenses
Dispute Resolution
In case of disagreements between the buyer and seller, vCue Store will act as a mediator, and the final decision will be based on platform policies.
Buyers and sellers agree to cooperate with vCue Store during the investigation process.
