  • We/Us/Our: Means vCue Store (the company operating the platform).

2. Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: You must be 18 years old and legally competent to enter into binding agreements under the Indian Act, 1872.
  • Business Requirement for Sellers: Only licensable businesses are allowed to sell products on vCue Store, with valid GST number, PAN details, and Trade License.
  • Accuracy of Information: By creating an account, users confirm that all provided details are true, accurate, and complete.

3. Account Registration

  • Single Account Policy: Creating multiple accounts for the same business is generally restricted to prevent fraud or misuse.
  • Registration Information: All users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date details during registration.
  • Account Security Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials, passwords, and all information confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone.
  • Responsibility for Activity: All actions performed under your account are considered your responsibility. Any misuse of platform policies will be linked to your account.
  • Account Verification: We may conduct verification checks to confirm the authenticity of your business and identity.

4. Use of Platform

You agree to use vCue Store only for lawful business purposes. You shall not:

  • Upload fake, counterfeit, or prohibited products.
  • Misuse the platform for fraud, scams, or illegal transactions.
  • Infringe on proprietary property rights.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.

5. Product Listings

  • Product Information: Ensure all product details listed are complete, truthful, and up-to-date.
  • Quality & Compliance: Guarantee that all products meet quality standards and are authentic.
  • Order Fulfillment: Deliver products within the given timeframe, ensuring that buyers receive what they ordered.

6. Orders & Payments

  • Buyers must make payments through authorized payment gateways only.
  • vCue Store will facilitate payment settlements to sellers as per agreed timelines.
  • In case of disputes, vCue Store may hold payments until resolution.
  • Any chargebacks, frauds, or non-payments may lead to account suspension.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Buyers must raise return requests within the specified time frame. Sellers must honor valid return/refund requests. Disputes will be resolved by vCue Store in line with platform policies.

8. Fees & Charges

  • Commission Charge: A percentage of each successful transaction may be charged as commission for using the platform.
  • Listing Fees: Fees may apply for adding products and catalogs to the platform, depending on category.
  • Service Fees: Additional charges may apply for premium services or other features offered by vCue Store.
  • vCue Store reserves the right to modify fee structures with prior notice.

9. Platform Content Rights

  • All content on vCue Store (logos, text, design, software) is our property.
  • Sellers retain ownership of their product content but grant vCue Store a license to display it.
  • Unauthorized use of platform content is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • vCue Store acts as an intermediary and doesn’t take ownership of the products on the platform.
  • vCue Store is not responsible for any product defects, quality, safety, or authenticity.
  • vCue Store is not responsible for any financial losses or damages incurred by buyers or sellers.

11. Termination & Suspension

  • vCue Store reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts if:
    • Users provide false or misleading information.
    • Engage in fraud, illegal activity, or policy violations.
    • Misuse the platform or cause reputational damage.
  • Users may terminate their accounts by contacting support.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

13. Amendments

vCue Store may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
